Fongit Seed Invest (FSI) is a public limited company whose founding members are either companies or institutional foundations.

The Geneva Foundation for Technological Innovation (FONGIT, the Fondation Genevoise pour l'Innovation Technologique) is majority shareholder and primary partner). The CIA Pension Fund of the Geneva Canton (Caisse de Prévoyance CIA) and Rolex Pension Fund (Caisse de Pensions Paritaire Rolex) are other contributors.
